After 10 minutes take the rice and keep it on boil adding salt. Then take a bowl and add ginger, garlic, lemon juice, yogurt and all the spices and mix well. This mixture will be used to marinate our fish.After your mixture for marination is ready, then take the fish and coat it well with this mixture on both sides and keep it for 1 hour.Then take a pan and put oil into it. After few minutes when the oil gets heated add onions into it and mix it well till they turn golden brown in color.After this add tomatoes and fry it for another 5 minutes, when you find the mixture is properly fried add marinated fish and green chilies to it and cook on low flame till the fish gets soft and cooked.
