  • 1/2 kg Boneless Chicken
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • 1 tea spoon Lemon Juice/ Vinegar
  • 2 tea spoon Oil
  • 2 tea spoon Red chilli
  • 2 pieces Ginger
  • 3-5 Garlic
  • 2 tea spoon Coriander Leaves
  • 1 tea spoon Black Leaves
  • Salt as per taste

How to Make

  1. First take the chicken pieces and wash them properly and then dry them.
  2. Prepare a paste from ginger, garlic, onion etc. Take a bowl and add masala and also curd, vinegar, riceflour, salt, Red chilli, coriander leaves, black pepper, etc and mix them well.
  3. In a bowl of mixture, put chicken pieces and mix it well.
  4. Keep this bowl aside for a while so that chicken soaks all the masala.
  5. Take a pan, add oil and heat it. Add the mixture of chicken in the hot pan and fry it.
  6. Lower down the flame and fry it till the chicken pieces settle down in the pan. This way chicken will ripe properly and does not taste raw while eating.
