Chilli Chicken Restaurant Style
- 3/4 Kg Chicken boneless
- 1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
- Salt accorrding to the taste
- 1 Tsp Black pepper
- 2 Tsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 1/4 Cup Water
- Oil for deep frying
- 3 Tsp Oil For gravy making
- 2 Tsp Ginger finely chopped
- 2 Tsp Garlic finely chopped
- 1 Onions sliced thinly
- 1 Capsicum cut into cubes
- 1/2 Cup Tomato Ketchup
- 3 Tsp Green Chilli Sauce
- 2 Tsp Vinegar
- 2 Tsp Soy Sauce for gravy
- 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 Cup Water for gravy
- 1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 Tsp Sugar
- 1 Spring Onion Garnishing
How to Make
Take chicken in a bowl, add in flour, cornflour, salt, pepper, soy sauce, ginger garlic paste and water. Mix well. Set aside for 10 -15mins
Now heat oil for deep frying, now drop the chicken one by one in the pan and fry till it gets golden brown, then drain the fried chicken and set aside.
Now for making the sauce, heat some oil in a pan, add ginger, garlic and fry till it gets golden.
Add chopped onions. Green chillies, salt and sugar. Toss well.
Add in capsicum and mix well, always remember to stir fry the veggies you are adding, you don’t need to overcook the veggies.
Add in red chilli powder, soy sauce, green chilli sauce, vinegar, and mix well.
Add in water and cook till oil separates
Now it’s time to add in fried chicken and toss well
Add in pepper and spring onion for garnishing.
