Mix well. Set aside for 10 -15minsNow heat oil for deep frying, now drop the chicken one by one in the pan and fry till it gets golden brown, then drain the fried chicken and set aside. Now for making the sauce, heat some oil in a pan, add ginger, garlic and fry till it gets golden. Add chopped onions. Green chillies, salt and sugar. Toss well. Add in capsicum and mix well, always remember to stir fry the veggies you are adding, you don’t need to overcook the veggies. Add in red chilli powder, soy sauce, green chilli sauce, vinegar, and mix well.
