“Kaabil” starring Hrithik Roshan and Yami Gautam whereas “Raees” starring Shah Ruhk Khan were supposed to have a clash in the dates of their release. They were set to be screened on 25th of January 2017 all across the country. The makers used various publicity strategies as to promote the movie.
The most awaited and buzzed movies made a wonderful release on the screens. Fortunately, both the movies had a great opening at the Indian box office on the very first day.
But it seems Shah Rukh Khan has taken the lead over Hrithik Roshan. The viewers came up with preferring to watch King Khan’s movie over Roshan’s.

In the box office collection Raees hits the list, Raaes earned Rs. 20.42 Crores whereas Kaabil sustained to earn Rs. 10.43 Crores.

Raees has managed a blockbuster opening on the first day.
Raees took over Kaabil in all the aspects varying from stardom to theatre count to hype to promotion to advance booking.
The director of Kaabil tweeted:
“With less than 40% screens we collected 10.43 crs. Well begun is half done”.
And Taran Adarsh tweeted:
“♯Raees has a Fantastic DAY 1.. WED RS.20.42 CR.”
