The above given ingredients are sufficient for 3-4 people. You can change the ingredients as per the number of heads.
- 1/2 kg Fish
- 5 Green Chilli
- 1 piece Ginger
- 1 Onion
- 1 teaspoon Coriander Leaves
- 2 teaspoon Besan
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric
- 1 teaspoon Riceflour
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli
- 1 teaspoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 1 teaspoon Ajwain
- 1 teaspoon Vinegar/Lemon Juice
- 2 teaspoon Oil
- Salt as per taste
How to Make
Take fish and wash it properly with water. After washing, clean the fish and sprinkle salt and turmeric over it and keep it aside.
In a bowl, add rice flour, ginger paste, coriander leaves, besan, ajwain, lemon juice, red chilli etc and mix them well.
Take a pan. Add oil and heat it. Once the oil is heated, fry the above fish pieces. Also put green chilli for the better taste. Let fish fry properly.
Once fish is fried for round 5 to 10 minutes take it out in a plate. Sprinkle coriander leaves over fish pieces. Hot-hot fish is ready to be served.
