French Fries

French fries will taste better if they are crispy. Serve hot French fries with sprinkles garam masala and ketchup.

Ingredients

  • 4 Potatoes
  • 1 tea spoon Red chilli
  • 2 tea spoon Besan
  • 2 tea spoon Corn Flour
  • 1 tea spoon Coriander Leaves
  • 1/4 tea spoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1/4 tea spoon Garam Masala
  • 1 tea spoon Oil
  • Salt as per the taste

How to Make

  1. First peel off the potato skin and slice them in long pieces. Keep in mind that pieces are long and thick. Cut all the potatoes evenly and soak them in water so that pieces become larger and thick. If kept in water the potatoes will not turn black in colour.
  2. Then take out potatoes from water and let them dry. Spread them properly so that they dry soon
  3. After this, take a bowl and add besan, corn flour, coriander leaves, red chilli, garam masala, salt etc and prepare the mixture. Now add potatoes to this mixture and mix it well. Keep in mind that all the potatoes are mixed properly in the mixture.
  4. Take a pan, put oil and heat it. When oil is heated, in that add the potatoes mixed in the mixture and fry it on low flame. Keep on checking that potatoes do not burn.
