Garlic Butter Chicken
- 4 Piece Chicken Thighs
- 5 Garlic Cloves Crushed
- ¼ Cup Butter
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
How to Make
First, before starting we have to preheat our oven to 350 degrees.
Then, take chicken thighs and pat dry and season both the sides with salt and pepper.
After this take an oven proof skillet and add butter and olive oil and keep it over medium flame.
When the butter is melted, add the crushed garlic cloves. Crushed garlic cloves will help to provide flavor to butter.
When your pan is hot, add the chicken thighs with skin side downwards. Let it fry until the chicken turn’s nice golden brown and crispy.
Then flip your chicken on the other side.
When you are done, place the whole skillet in the oven and bake it for 10-15 minutes.
Your garlic chicken butter is ready. Take it out on a plate and spread garlic butter over the top of each thigh and serve hot.
