Jet Airways said that it would add 42 more flights in its plan to fulfill the demand of large sum of seats during the summer holidays. Summer vacations become the season when maximum of profit is gained, as many people like to travel from one place to another via airways. Keeping this in mind, Jet Airways has planned to add more flights. The flights will be added in between these stations, Nagpur and New Delhi; Lucknow and Kolkata; Kozhikode and Bengaluru. This becomes the best part of connecting the major cities together. More flights will be added soon to the frequency of Delhi to Amritsar; Mumbai to Kolkata; New Delhi to Bengaluru; New Delhi to Bhopal.

Jet Airways, Chief Commercial Officer said, “Our summer schedule has been meticulously planned to meet the expected surge in demand over the holidays.” He added, “New flights, additional frequencies, greater capacity including the introduction of wide-body services across more sectors are meant to offer our discerning guests greater choice, convenience, connectivity and added comfort.”

The officials from the airlines said, “Introduction of additional frequencies and wide-body deployments between key metros will also boost capacity on existing sectors this summer as the airline bolsters its already extensive network to meet an expected surge in demand during the holiday season.”
Jet airways is expected to operate more than 650 flights per day. The airways will be connected to 65 destinations in both India and abroad.
