How to Make Indian Chicken Fry Recipe
First, take the chicken pieces and wash them under running water properly and let the water dry.
Now we will make paste for marinating the chicken pieces. For this take a bowl and add ½ teaspoon ginger garlic paste, salt, 2 teaspoon chilli powder, 2 teaspoon cumin seeds, 5 cloves, 1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds, 4-5 peppercorns, 2 black cardamoms, 2 teaspoon cumin seeds all roasted and powdered, ½ cup mustard oil, 2 tablespoon of vinegar and gram flour.
When the marinating paste is ready take the chicken pieces prick it in 3-4 places and marinate it in the mixture for 3-4 hours.
After marination is done take a heavy base pan and heat oil in it. Then place the chicken pieces into it and let it deep fry on medium flame until it is tender and properly fried.
