Fish Curry Recipe Usually fish curry is made in two ways. Be it a Punjabi or Bengali way of cooking fish, both tastes are good and amazing. 1/2 kg Fish5 Green Chilli1 piece Ginger1 Onion1 teaspoon Coriander Leaves2 teaspoon Besan1 teaspoon Turmeric1 teaspoon Riceflour1 teaspoon Red chilli1 teaspoon Ginger-Garlic Paste1 teaspoon Ajwain1 teaspoon Vinegar/Lemon Juice2 teaspoon OilSalt (as per taste) Take fish and wash it properly with water. After washing, clean the fish and sprinkle salt and turmeric over it and keep it aside.In a bowl, add rice flour, ginger paste, coriander leaves, besan, ajwain, lemon juice, red chilli etc and mix them well.Take a pan. Add oil and heat it. Once the oil is heated, fry the above fish pieces. Also put green chilli for the better taste. Let fish fry properly. Once fish is fried for round 5 to 10 minutes take it out in a plate. Sprinkle coriander leaves over fish pieces. Hot-hot fish is ready to be served.
