Using the knife, cut the flowers of Gobi separately. Then pare off the potatoes and cut them in a proper shape.Take a pan, add oil and heat it. In hot oil put cumin seeds. Once cumin seeds are golden-brown then add Gobi, Coriander, Chilli, Ginger. Mix them well. Saute the mixture for around 2-3 minutes.Add dried fenugreek leaves to the mixture and saute it well.
