After washing, clean the fish and sprinkle salt and turmeric over it and keep it aside. In a bowl, add rice flour, ginger paste, coriander leaves, besan, ajwain, lemon juice, red chilli etc and mix them well. In this bowl add the fish pieces in which salt and turmeric were sprinkled. Mix all the pieces well. Take a pan. Add oil and heat it. Once the oil is heated, fry the above fish pieces. Also put green chillies for the better taste. Let fish fry properly.
