Jal Jeera

Jal jeera is a drink which is preferred in summers. It tastes very delicious. It gives you relief from the heat as well as increases your digestion. Jal jeera is very beneficial for us.

  • 1/2 Cup Mint Leaves
  • 1/2 Cup Coriander Leaves
  • 1/2 Cup Bundi
  • 2 Lemons
  • 1 Asafoetida
  • 1/2 Ginger
  • 1/4 Tea Spoon Black pepper
  • 2 Tea Spoon Cumin Seeds Roasted
  • 2 Tea Spoon Sugar
  • Salt As Per Taste

How to Make

  1. To make jal jeera take coriander and pudhina leaves and rinse it properly with water so that no dirt is left.
  2. Now add these leaves into mixer, finely chopped ginger, roasted cumin seeds, Asafoetida, black salt, black pepper and half cup of water. After this mix the ingredients well so that no lump is left
  3. After doing this take this mixture in a big bowl and add water as required and stir it well.
  4. Then add lemon juice and stir it well. Your jal jeera is ready.
  5. Before serving it to your guest take jal jeeraa in a glass add bundi and ice from the top. This will enhance the taste of jal jeeera. You jal jeera is ready to be served.
