Jeera Rice

These day jeera rice are considered to be standard rice and are now the important part of party’s meal. At any function or party, jeera rice is a must. It can also be eaten with any vegetable or dal.

Ingredients

  • 2 bowl Rice
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Green Chilli
  • 1/ tea spoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 table spoon Oil
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tea spoon Garam Masala
  • 1/2 tea spoon Chat Masala

How to Make

  1. Collect all the ingredients. Soak rice for a while.
  2. Take a pan, keep it on stove and flame must be low. Pour oil in the pan. When oil is heated add jeera, garam masala, finely chopped onions and saute it. Once it is sauted then add ginger garlic paste.
  3. When onion turns golden-brown add tomatoes and saute them till they are properly cooked.
  4. Add turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala etc and also soaked rice and mix them well.
  5. Lower down the flame and let rice cook with the mixture and leave it for some time. Now hot rice are ready to be eaten.
