Lemon Butter Chicken
- 8 Pieces Chicken Thigh
- 1 Table Spoon Smoked Paprika
- Salt As Per Taste
- Pepper As Per Taste
- 3 Table Spoon Unsalted Butter
- 3 Pieces Garlic Minced
- 1 Cup Chicken Broth
- ½ Cup Heavy Cream
- ¼ Cup Parmesan Freshly Grated
- 1 lemon juice
- 1 Tea Spoon Thyme Dried
- 2 Cup Baby Spinach Finely Chopped
How to Make
First turn on the oven and preheat it at 400 degree F.

After seasoning melt 2 table spoon of butter on a non stick pan at medium hear and put the chicken with skin side down and fry each the sides properly.
Take 2 table spoon of butter and melt it ina pan and add garlic and cook until fragrant. For about 1-2 minutes. After this add chicken broth, hevay cream, lemon juice, parmesan and thyme and stir it well properly.
Let the ingredients get mixed up well and wait until it comes to boil. When it is at boiling point reducing the heat add spinach let is get cooked on simmer flame. After few minutes the sauce will start getting thicken.
Then put this in an oven pan and roast until it gets cooked properly reaching an internal temperature of about 165 degree. You have to keep it for almost 35 to 30 minutes.
