Mango Ice Cream

When summer arrives, only one thing can give you relief from this scorching heat is ice crème and if its mango ice crème then you get both the taste of delicious mangoes plus coolness of ice cream. Children will surely love to have this.

Ingredients

  • 400 Gram Mango
  • 800 Gram Milk
  • 10 Gram Raisins
  • 10 Gram Pistachios
  • 10 Gram Chironji
  • 1 Cup Vanilla Custard Powder
  • 1 Cup Condensed Milk
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 4 Tea Spoon Flour
  • 3-4 Cardamom Powdered

How to Make

  1. To make Mango ice cream, first, take the mango and wash them properly after that peel off the skin and keep the inner part in a separate bowl.
  2. Cut pieces of mango into pieces and put into mixer and mix it well so that no lumps can be seen.
  3. After completing this process, boil the milk. When the milk gets boiled then add sugar, Condensed milk, pistachios, chironji, raisins etc and let the milk boil.
  4. Don’t forget to continuously stir the milk so that ingredients don’t stick at the bottom of the vessel. When the milk gets boiled add vanilla custard powder and corn flour and mix it well
  5. After doing this process let the milk boil again. When the milk thickens turn of the stove and let the mixture get cooled down at room temperature.
  6. When the milk gets cooled down add the grinded mango mixture and stir it well. Then add this mixture in icre cream container and keep it in freezer to freeze.
  7. After few hours, take out the chilled ice crème which is all ready to eat and get served.
