Ingredients for Mango Lassi

  • 1 Mango
  • 1 Cup Curd
  • 1 Tea Spoon Sugar
  • 1/2 Tea Spoon Cardamom Powder
  • 12 Tea Spoon Saffron
  • Ice CUbes

How to Make Mango Lassi Recipe

  1. To make Mango Lassi, first wash and clean the mango properly. Now peel of the skin of the mango and keep the inner part in a separate bowl.
  2. Cut pieces of mango a litter in medium pieces and put into mixer and grind it well. After grinding take it out in a bowl
  3. After completing this process, add sugar, yogurt and ice pieces into and mix will.
  4. Now take all the ingredients and put into the mixer and grind it well. Take it out in a bowl and add cardamom powder and stir well.
  5. Your Mango Lassi is all ready. Just decorate it with saffron on the top and serve this delicious Lassi and win everyone’s heart.
