Ingredients for Paneer Tikka
- 400 Grams Paneer/Cottage Cheese
- 1 Cup Curd
- 1 Spoon Oil
- 2 Small Spoon Ginger and Garlic Paste
- 2 Tea Spoon Corn Flour
- 1/4 Tea Spoon Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 Tea Spoon Garam Masala
- Salt As Per Taste
- 1 Tea Spoon Tandoor Masala
- 1/2 Tea Spoon Chaat Masala
- 1 Tea Spoon Kasuri Meethi
- 1/2 Tea Spoon Deghimirchi
How to Make Paneer Tikka Recipe
First put the paste which we made in the curd with ginger and garlic paste and add other species into it.
Mix the curd very well.
Now mix the paste and spices very well. After mixing it add paneer pieces into it.
After all the mixture is nicely mixed leave it for few minutes.
Now heat some oil in a pan. Take the mixed paneer pieces and put it in the pan. Let it fry until it changes into brown color one by one following the same process for other pieces.
Then sprinkle some chaat masala or garam masala and serve it.
