Pav Bhaji

Pav-bhaji is a very tasty and delicious dish. This Can be easily prepared in very less time and everyone would love this.

Ingredients for Pav Bhaji

  • 3 Potato
  • 1/2 Cup Peas
  • 2 Carrot Finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Cauliflower Finely chopped
  • 3 Tea Spoon Oil
  • 2 Spoon Butter
  • 2 Onion Finely chopped
  • 1/2 Tea Spoon Ginger and Garlic Paste
  • 2 Tea Spoon Pav-Bhaji Masala
  • 1/4 Tea Spoon Turmeric Powder
  • Salt As Per Taste
  • 1/2 Cup Tomato Puree
  • 1 Tea Spoon Green Coriander Finely chopped

How to Make Pav Bhaji Recipe

  1. First put the potatoes in the pressure cooker and add water. After it gets boiled properly, peel and mashed all the potatoes.

  3. Take a pan and put some oil and let it heat. Now add onions, ginger and garlic paste, pav-bhaji masala, turmeric powder and mix them well. Let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. When spices become reddish in color and tomatoes, butter, salt and mash vegetables into it.
  5. Now mix all the mixture very well and cook for 5 minutes on medium or low flame, so that all the vegetables can get mixed up well in spices.
  6. After 5-6 minutes turn off the gas and our vegetables are all ready.
  7. After making vegetables, take the bread or pav and cut it from the middle into two equal parts. Now apply some butter in pan and rub it on both sides.
  8. When the pav starts turning pinkish, take it out from pan. Your pav is also ready. Now serve this hot and yummy dish with some butter on top of vegetables.
