- 1 Kg Pork Cut Into Medium Size
- 2 Onions Largely Diced
- 7 Garlic Diced
- 2 Teaspoon Ginger paste
- 3 Tomatoes Diced
- 1 Teaspoon Turmeric
- 1 Teaspoon Chilli Powder
- Salt As Per Taste
How to Make Pork Curry Nepali Style Recipe
First take a pressure cooker and add the pork meat. Set the pork pieces just like a layer and on the top of it add a layer of chopped onions, ginger, garlic and tomatoes.
When you have made the layers, sprinkle chill powder, turmeric and salt on top the layers and add 1 cup of water.
After this cover the pressure cooker with its lid and let is cook for 15 20 minutes till the meat becomes soft.
When your pork is soft, turn off the flame and let them cook release its steam naturally. You will find that the gravy had become watery when you check the pork meat.
Afterwards, place the cooker again on the flame but this time without the lid. Let it cook for 5-10 minutes till the water dries off and the gravy becomes thick and it starts releasing oil.
You hot and yummy pork in Nepali style is all ready to be served. Take the dish out in a bowl and garnish it with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
