The above given ingredients for pudina chutney can be served to 4 people
- 1 cup Pudina leaves
- 1/2 piece Ginger
- 2 piece Garlic
- 1 table spoon lemon juice
- 1 Onion
- 1 cup Water
- Salt as per taste
How to Make
First wash pudina leaves until they wash off all the dirt from them. Then keep them aside.
Next, cut onion into 4 to 5 pieces and put it in the mixer.
Put pudina leaves, one piece of ginger and garlic into the mixer along with onions.
Add lemon juice and salt to all these ingredients.
Once, when everything is added, grind the mixture till everything mixes well and chutney is formed. If required, water can also be added to it.
Put this chutney is a bowl and have it with whatsoever food you like.
