Ingredients for Rava Dosa
- 1 cup Suji
- 2 cup Rice Flour
- 2 cup Curd
- 1 tea spoon Cumin Seeds
- 1 tea spoon Ginger and green chilli paste
- 1/2 tea spoon Grated coconut
- 1 Carrot
- 2 tea spoon Oil
- Salt as per taste
How to Make Rava Dosa Recipe
For making Rawa Dosa, firs filter suji and rice flour.
Take a utensil, put suji, rice flour and curd and prepare a mixture. The mixture should have a normal consistency.
Keep this mixture aside for a while. After some time to this mixture add grated coconut, ginger green chilli paste, cumin seeds, salt etc and mix it well.
Keep a non-stick tawa on gas stove, once it is heated, apple oil or ghee to tawa. Spread this batter on tawa. While spreading the batter must neither be too thin or too thick else it will be unproportioned.
Now let it bake from both sides by applying ghee to it. You hot Rawa Dosa is ready in less time.
