- 1 Lb Skinless Chicken Breast
- 1 Onions
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Puree
- 1 Teaspoon Tomato Puree
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1 Teaspoon Turmeric
- 1 Teaspoon Chilli Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Fenugreek Leaves
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Coriander Leaves
- 1 Fluid Ounce Water
- 1 Fluid Ounce Vegetable Oil
How to Make Restaurant Style Chicken Curry Recipe
First, take a non-stick pan and heat oil. When the oil is ready for frying, add onions and fry for at least 3-4 minutes or till the onions turn golden brown.
After onions are properly fried add garlic puree, cumin, chilli powder, turmeric, paprika, garlic powder, salt and stir everything well.
Then add tomato puree and stir gently. Let it cook for a minute.
When all your ingredients are properly mixed bring the flame to high and add the chicken pieces into the pan and fry until the chicken is sealed.
After this add water and wait until it comes to boil. Don't forget to stir continuously.
Then reduce flame and add garam masala and fenugreek. Let it cook on low heat for 30 minutes.
Your restaurant style chicken curry is ready. Take it out in a bowl and garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves on the top and serve hot.
