Ingredients for Chicken Fry
- 250 Grams Cubed Boneless Chicken
- 1 - 1.5 Teaspoon Fresh Ginger Garlic Paste
- ½ Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
- ½ Teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
- ¼ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 1-2 Teaspoon Lime Juice
- Salt To taste
- Oil For Deep Frying
How to Make Chicken Fry Recipe
First, take the chicken pieces and wash them under running water properly and place it in a bowl.
Now we will make paste for marinating the chicken pieces. For this take a bowl and add ginger garlic paste, salt and lime juice and mix well.
When the marinating paste is ready take the chicken pieces prick it in 3-4 places and coat both the sides of chicken properly. Keep it for marination for few 2-3 hours
After marination is done take a frying pan and heat oil in it. Then place the chicken pieces one by one into it and let it deep fry on medium flame until it is tender and properly fried. Remember don’t overcrowd the pan with chicken pieces.
When the chicken pieces turn golden brown and tender from inside turn of the flame and keep it on a kitchen towel or tissue to drain excess oil.
Your simple chicken fry is ready. Place the chicken pieces on a plate and garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and lemon syrup (optional).
