Tomato Chutney

  • 5 Tomates
  • 4 Red Chili
  • 4 Garlic
  • 2 tea spoon Oil
  • 1 tea spoon Heeng
  • 1 piece Ginger
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 tea spoon Garam Masala

How to Make

  1. For making chutney, wash tomatoes first.
  2. Now cut tomatoes finely. Do it with all the tomatoes. When they sliced, keep them side. Prepare a paste taking garlic and ginger.
  3. After this, take oil in a pan and heat it. When its heated, add heeng to it. Along with it add tomatoes, salt,chillis, garam masala, ginger and garlic taste etc an mix them well.
  4. Wait for tomatoes to be cooked well when they are well cooked then lower the flame. This way all all the masala will be cooked well. Wait for the mixture to cool down.
  5. Then grind this mixture in mixer. When it grinds well then put this in a bowl. Your tasty and delicious tomato chutney is ready.

If you add curry patta to this tomato chutney then its taste will enhance.
