Soak kudampuli in little water and keep aside. Heat a claypot or a nonstick pan with coconut oil, add in 1/4 tsp of fenugreek seeds and 1/2 tsp mustard seeds, allow it to splutter.

Add in the sliced onions, ginger-garlic, green chilli, curry leaves, lightly saute it on medium flame.

Put the fire on low, add in the chilly Powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder.

Keep mixing until the raw flavour vanish and chilli powder is lightly roasted.

Add in the soaked kudampuli along with the water. Add in the rest of the water, and coconut milk. Put the flame on high, mix well add salt. Once it starts boiling add the fish, and let it cook.

Cover and cook on low or medium flame for about 10-15 min. then add in fenugreek powder to it then stop the heater.

Enjoy fish curry with hot rice.
