Take a pan and put 3 cups of water in it and let it come to boiling point. When the water gets boiled add 2 medium sized tomatoes, 3-4 dry red chilies in it.

Let the tomatoes boil on medium flame for 8-9 minutes.

After the tomatoes get boiled strain the water and allow the tomatoes and red chilies to cool down.

When the tomatoes come at a normal temperature, chop off the head of the tomato and cut it into rough slices and put them in a blender along with its juice.

After this add 1 tea spoon of chopped garlic, ¼ tea spoon black pepper, 1 sichuan pepper , ¼ tea spoon of sugar and salt as per taste in the blender with the tomatoes.

Take out the sauce in a bowl, your momos Chutney/Sauce is all ready to be served with hot and yummy momos.
