  • 8 pieces Chicken
  • 3 teaspoon Coriander Leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger and Garlic Paste
  • 5 Green Chillies
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice/ Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 2 teaspoon Oil
  • Salth as per taste

How to Make

  1. First take chicken and wash it properly and cut it into equal pieces.
  2. In a bowl, put salt, curd, ginger-garlic paste, chilli powder, vinegar, garam masala, turmeric, oil etc. Add chicken to it and ix all well. Keep this bowl aside for a while.
  3. Keep this bowl in microwave for 10-15 minutes so that chicken ripens. After this apply butter to chicken pieces and again put it in microwave for 2 minutes.
  4. After a while when chicken ripens well. Put chicken in a plate and sprinkle chat masala and lemon juice over it. Hot and tasty Tandoori Chicken is ready.
